DeanDean was an outstanding leader and role model during his time at Tauraroa Area School between 2012 - 2016. In 2016, he served as Deputy Head Boy, and also went on a student exchange to France for five months; an amazing and eye-opening experience that he encourages anyone to take up.
Although it wasn't an easy road, with the support of a reader/writer, he managed to endorse Level 1 with Excellence, and Level 2 and 3 with Merit, to successfully complete high school. He is now in his third and final year at the University of Waikato (although he never thought he would make it), where he continues to have support from a reader/writer. Dean now has a passion for inspiring others to do their best and encourages everyone to not let anything hold them back. Merci beaucoup! (Thank you very much!) |
